The ability to connect with people is a must and you will need to be confident, friendly, courteous and helpful in your approach to ensure our customers leave feeling valued.
You will need to work well as a team member, understand the importance of our high standards and our commitment to cleanliness, quality of service and producing excellent quality food.
You need to be productive and efficient with your time and your appearance should be smart and clean. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO WORK AT DANIELS’?
You must be of school leaving age. You must be at least 16 years of age to join our front of house team and at least 18 years old to apply for the position of frier or to do potato preparation.
WHAT TYPE OF SHIFTS WILL I BE DOING?
Our branches are open mainly between 12-2pm and 5-10pm (at the latest) As an example, a lunchtime shift could start at 11am and finish around 2.15pm and an evening shift could start at 4.45pm and finish at 10.30pm.
Split shifts are normal in our company and your work will include weekends. If you apply for a full time position, you can expect to work 5 out of 7 days. We ensure that shifts are scheduled according to your needs and the needs of the business and are available at least one week in advance.
